Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers throughout their sales journey. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, managing client inquiries, promoting services, and achieving sales targets within the designated timelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build rapport effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve and exceed targets
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to handle rejections and persistently engage with potential clients
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
