About the Role

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who can confidently interact with customers, understand their celebration needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is perfect for someone with strong English communication skills and fluency in both Hindi and English, who enjoys customer interaction and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media
• Explain Memoliya's celebration concepts, packages, and offerings clearly
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable celebration setups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after booking
• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Provide a warm, premium customer experience at every touchpoint

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Fluency in Hindi & English
• Customer-friendly attitude with confidence in sales conversations
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Prior experience in B2C sales, hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus
