Telesales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Telesales Executive. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, generating leads, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and actively promoting the company's fabric collections to potential clients. The Telesales Executive will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to achieving sales targets by building strong client relationships and delivering effective sales pitches.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Support
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in textile or fabric sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
