Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, generating leads, explaining product offerings, resolving customer queries, and securing sales. The role involves maintaining detailed sales records, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must be comfortable with phone-based sales and have a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Customer Service and Customer Support expertise to address inquiries and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales practices to identify opportunities and meet targets
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English is recommended
