Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly set targets concerning call volume and sales
Communicate with customers through a series of actions (either via phone calls, email, or chats)
Follow SOPs and adopt new processes
Collaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process, and seamlessly integrating sales & and customer service
