Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller in sales based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the company's services, addressing queries, and convincing prospective clients. This role will also involve maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, following up with potential leads, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team to enhance customer outreach and foster longer-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, actively listening and engaging with potential customers in English and Hindi
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in marketing and an understanding of digital solutions and services
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • A positive attitude, patience, and adaptability in a customer-focused role
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous
