Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, and effectively communicating with potential clients to promote the company's offerings. They will also address client queries, provide customer support, and close sales to meet revenue goals. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional rapport with clients are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and build long-term relationships
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales to meet targets and expand the client base
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns promptly
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with tendering and compliance processes is a plus
