Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective customers over the phone, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role includes understanding customer needs, promoting holiday membership plans, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively
• Experience in customer service and customer support to address inquiries and provide exceptional assistance
• Proficiency in lead generation and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous work experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
