Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive at SHAPEINS. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and driving sales growth. Additional tasks include following up with customers, maintaining records, and collaborating with the team to meet targets and company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and understand customer needs
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert opportunities into results
  • Customer Support experience to address inquiries, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in telesales or related roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic technology knowledge is an advantage
