Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in telesales and will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
