Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Conversions:

  • Work with the Centre Manager and Marketing team to generate enquiries, walk-ins, and premium membership conversions
  • Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries effectively and follow the defined sales process
  • Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members and other leads to offer matchmaking solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets consistently

Customer Interaction & Service:

  • Interface with walk-in customers to explain Shaadi.com's features and membership benefits
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their preferences and requirements
  • Handle objections and irate customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensure a smooth handover of converted members to the service team

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Record enquiry details in the specified format and update the system regularly
  • Maintain documentation for all member interactions, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Track and report daily sales, follow-up calls, and account status
  • Ensure collection and safe storage of statutory ID and qualification proofs from premium members

Process Adherence:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and participate in periodic performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and conversion data

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferably in Insurance, Telecom, or Financial sectors)
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu with a neutral accent
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented attitude with empathy and patience
  • Familiarity with computers and internet usage
  • Presentable with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle elderly clients with maturity and cultural sensitivity
