Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing outstanding customer service, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for engaging and persuading potential and existing clients
- Proven experience in customer service and customer support to ensure client satisfaction
- Expertise in lead generation and sales with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Self-motivated and results-driven with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the events or hospitality industry would be an added advantage
