Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Ranchi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day activities such as making outbound calls to potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries or concerns. They will also focus on meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
- Ability in Lead Generation and Sales, with proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in Customer Support to address concerns and provide a positive client experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales is beneficial.
