Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Ranchi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for implementing sales strategies by making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities also include addressing customer queries, understanding client requirements, and identifying opportunities to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
