Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will manage outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and close sales. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, addressing customer queries, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation, ensuring a consistent flow of prospective customers
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and addressing client inquiries efficiently
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with excellent time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional local languages as a plus
