We are looking for a dynamic Voice Process Associate to join our Inbound & Outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers in Australia, and converting them into sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to Inbound/ outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia and introduce them to our products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
Handle objections and provide solutions to potential clients.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months 2 years in Inbound/ outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Skills:
Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Work Hours: Must be comfortable working in Australian time zones.
