About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Telesales / Telecaller professionals to join our KreditMart loan process.

The role involves handling customers for loan requirements, understanding their financial requirements, coordinating with the relevant loan/DSA process, and supporting the customer through the loan journey until disbursement.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in loan telesales, telecalling, DSA, banking, NBFC, or loan sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective loan customers.

* Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan opportunities.

* Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process requirements.

* Generate and manage quality leads.

* Coordinate with customers for required documents and information.

* Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.

* Coordinate with the relevant DSA/lender team for processing.

* Maintain regular follow-ups until loan approval and disbursement.

* Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

* Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.

* Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

* Monthly target: 40 lakh loan disbursement

* Target basis: 2× the monthly salary

* Incentive after achieving the applicable target: 0.50%

* Incentive will be calculated as per the company's applicable incentive policy and eligible disbursement amount.

* Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

* Basic understanding of loan products and documentation.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
