Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, generate interest in our services, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce HubotX services and communicate their value proposition clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to move opportunities forward.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and meeting targets.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and objections professionally.
• Hindi and English communication skills required.
• Prior telecalling, inside sales, or lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
