Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
