We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
