Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Respiratory Care Products including CPAP, BiPAP machines, masks, and Oxygen Concentrators through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain features and benefits of CPAP, BiPAP, masks, and oxygen concentrators
- Understand patient requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain call conversion ratios
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback
- Provide basic product usage guidance and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate / Diploma (Healthcare background preferred)
- 13 years experience in telesales (medical equipment preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic understanding of respiratory care products is an advantage
- Ability to handle patient-related conversations with empathy
- Familiar with CRM systems and MS Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile- Experience in medical devices, pharmacy sales, or healthcare telesales
- Comfortable explaining technical products in simple terms
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
