Job Description

Company: WV Integrated Logistics FZE (Dubai, UAE)

Work Location: Chennai, India (Back Office)

Department: Inside Sales / Overseas Agent Coordination

Reporting To: General Manager - UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseas Agent Development (WCA & other networks)

o Call and email overseas freight forwarders and WCA agents to introduce our UAE services.

o Generate export/import nominations to/from the UAE.

o Build and maintain a database of active agents with contact details, trade lanes, and rate levels.

o Develop trade lanes across Europe, the USA, the Far East, Africa, Iran, and Russia.

o Fix online meetings between overseas agents and UAE management.

2. UAE Market Telesales

o Cold call UAE importers/exporters to promote our services (air freight, sea freight, cross-stuffing, re-exports, etc.).

o Qualify leads, identify decision makers, and set appointments for field/senior sales.

o Send basic quotations and follow up with customers by email and phone.

o Schedule customer meetings for UAE sales manager.

3. Back Office / Reporting

o Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules in Excel/CRM.

o Coordinate with the UAE team for pricing, operations, and closing of shipments.

o Prepare simple sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Requirements:

26 years experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales/telesales.

Strong spoken and written English. Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam advantage.

Confident in making international calls and speaking with foreign agents.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and basic rate structures (air/sea).

Prior experience dealing with overseas agents / WCA / forwarding networks is a strong plus.

Working Hours:

Align with UAE timing [e.g., 9:00 am 6:00 pm UAE, with suitable IST timing].

Compensation:

Fixed salary in INR + performance monthly incentive based on confirmed shipments/targets.
