We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our solar energy client sales team. The
ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion to learn new
technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers based on specific criteria.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and sales data into the CRM system.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic mathematical aptitude to understand system sizing and pricing.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Training and Development:
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program covering:
- Solar energy concepts and technologies
- Sales techniques and strategies
- Product knowledge and features
- CRM usage and data management
- Mathematical calculations for system sizing
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be certified to take on the role of a
Telesales Executive.
