Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our solar energy client sales team. The
ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion to learn new
technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers based on specific criteria.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and sales data into the CRM system.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude to understand system sizing and pricing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Training and Development:
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program covering:
  • Solar energy concepts and technologies
  • Sales techniques and strategies
  • Product knowledge and features
  • CRM usage and data management
  • Mathematical calculations for system sizing
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be certified to take on the role of a
Telesales Executive.
