Telesales Executive
Location: Onsite at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell company products and services.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing excellent service and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by promoting company offerings to clients and closing sales deals efficiently.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to track progress and offer better customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Follow up on leads and conduct market research to generate new sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and customer outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telesales or outbound sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and sales activity tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
