Job Description

  • Sell insurance products (Life, Health, and General) through telesales and outbound calls
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as per company goals
  • Engage potential customers and convert leads into successful sales
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups accurately
  • Handle customer queries related to insurance products professionally
  • Demonstrate persuasive and convincing skills to drive sales conversions
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and immediate joining requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are eligible
  • Prior experience in insurance or banking sales is preferred
  • Immediate joiners are required
  • Strong communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
