Tele sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Candidates to drive course enrollments through inside sales. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and recommending suitable UG/PG/Certificate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Make 250300 outbound calls daily to prospective students.

Student Counseling: Guide students on suitable courses aligned with their academic background and career goals.

Inside Sales (B2C): Lead conversations, build rapport, and convert leads into paid enrollments using a consultative sales approach.

Communication: Interact with students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; deliver customized and persuasive course pitches.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
