Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through phone calls and online platforms, introducing products and explaining their cultural relevance.
- Understand customer needs, especially those related to religious and cultural preferences.
- Use CRM tools likeKommofor managing leads and customer interactions (preferred).
- Provide detailed information on products, pricing, customization options, and availability.
- Process orders, maintain customer accounts, and follow up on leads to ensure seamless sales.
- Stay updated on product details, including cultural and spiritual significance.
- Coordinate with design and crafting teams to fulfil customer expectations accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages:Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Fluency inMarwari or Gujaratiis highly preferred due to client demographics.
- Experience:Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred. Exposure to art, cultural, or religious product segments is an added advantage.
- Cultural Knowledge:Ability to understand and communicate the spiritual and cultural significance of deities, symbols, and traditional artworks.
- Customer Service:Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, especially with culturally diverse clients.
- Professionalism:Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow.
