Job Title: Telesales & Business Development Executive

Work Mode:Remote - Tamil Nadu Candidates Only / Tamil and English (speak/learn/write) preferred

Experience Required: 0 - 2 years (Freshers with good communication and interest in sales may apply)

Language: Tamil and English

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Calling:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, or online platforms.
  • Explain the company's digital marketing products and services (such as Meta Ads, social media promotions, etc.) in a simple and convincing manner.

Customer Handling & Follow-ups:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until successful conversion.

CRM Database Maintenance:

  • Record and update customer interactions, leads, and feedback in CRM software.

Collaboration with Marketing & Training Teams:

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign updates and client requirements.
  • Work with the training team to ensure proper alignment of customer expectations.

Revenue Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female

Age: 22 -32 years

Qualification: Any graduate with an interest in Sales.

Experience: 0- 2 years required

Technical Skills:

CRM & lead tracking

MS Office & calling tools

Data entry & reporting

Basic digital marketing knowledge

Soft Skills:

Communication & convincing

Customer handling

Time management

Goal-oriented

Self-motivated

Base Salary: 10,000 - 30000 per month (based on skill & performance)
