JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.

Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM.

Respond promptly to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

Minimum graduation.

Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or sales is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
