The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using computer software including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
