About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will lead outbound sales efforts by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate persuasively and close deals will directly impact revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases and marketing leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Handle objections and convert leads into sales or qualified follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and market trends
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in outbound sales, tele sales, or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Experience in B2C sales (telecom, education, finance, SaaS, insurance preferred)
