Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Delhi, India. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce FINNCRED's innovative supply chain finance solutions, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries. Other key tasks include building strong client relationships, addressing customer concerns effectively, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. The role requires individuals who are goal-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing client interactions effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven aptitude in providing excellent Customer Service
• Experience or strong interest in Sales and achieving sales-related goals
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, supply chain companies or related roles is a plus
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional relevant regional language(s) is beneficial
• Minimum graduate school diploma
