Role Description

This is a full-time Office role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will engage with customers to promote ShaastraYog's products, answer queries, provide product recommendations, and handle customer concerns. The role includes maintaining customer databases, generating leads, and following up on prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer handling, problem-solving, and addressing inquiries
• Ability to manage and maintain organized customer records and databases
• Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation processes
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is desirable
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and a passion for wellness is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Office setup with strong organizational and time-management skills
