Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Telecalling Executive who can drive lead generation, connect with potential buyers, and play a pivotal role in our real estate success story.

What We're Looking For:

2-8 years of experience in telesales and lead generation for UAE market

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

MS Office proficiency

Fluent in English, Hindi and any other regional language

Location: Noida, Sec-63

Full-Time | 5 days WFO

Walk In Interview Drive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and manage online inquiries.

Pitch relevant residential and commercial properties based on company needs.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects within budget.

Book and schedule site visits with the on-ground sales team.

Share brochures, pricing, and project details via WhatsApp and email.

Follow up with potential buyers regularly to keep them engaged.

Update the system daily with new and existing lead information.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Work closely with the sales team for a smooth client handover process.
