We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Telecalling Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through Tele-calling to promote Padmatech products and services.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Provide product information and address client questions regarding biopharma and pharmaceutical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Schedule appointments for field representatives or product demonstrations when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in Tele-calling, marketing, or sales within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biopharma sector.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office tools, CRM software, and basic data entry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle rejection, maintain persistence, and develop a rapport with clients
