Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Manager, based in Surat. The Telecalling Manager will oversee the telecalling team, train and mentor staff, and ensure achievement of call targets. The role includes managing customer inquiries, maintaining detailed call records, developing scripts, and implementing telecalling strategies. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the sales department to generate leads, provide personalized customer service, and contribute towards achieving the company's sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and leadership within a telecalling or customer service environment
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships and handle objections effectively
- Proficiency in developing and managing telecalling scripts, tracking metrics, and providing analysis
- Familiarity with CRM and call center management tools
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving team and organizational goals
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
