Job Role Description

This is a full-time, committed on-site role located in Surat. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of all departments within the company. The COO will be responsible for implementing business strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, managing budgets, and analysing financial data to drive organizational growth and profitability. The role requires collaboration with other members of the executive team to fulfil the company's objectives and ensure their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards (EN, IEC, BIS, UL) and driving lean practices.

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage procurement of raw materials (copper, aluminum, polymers), optimize inventory, and streamline import/export compliance.

• Quality & Compliance: Establish robust QA systems, ensure certifications, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Financial Management: Collaborate with Financial Executive on budgeting, cost control, and performance optimization.

• People & Culture: Lead and inspire plant managers, engineers, and staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.

• Customer Focus: Align operations with client needs, support new product launches, and represent the company in exhibitions and audits.

Qualifications

MASTER'S DEGREE Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field. OR

BACHELOR'S DEGREE Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field. 

Expertise

• Experience in Mfgr. Operation

• Industry Experience in Cable Manufacturing Sector

• Expertise in Operation Mgmt.

• Proficiency in Ms. Office

• Proficiency in Finance
