Job Title:Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer relationships while achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and attend inbound calls to customers
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (local language & basic English)
- Pleasing telephone etiquette
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers or candidates with 2 year of telecalling experience can apply
