Role overview:

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to introduce our services, generate leads, and support business development activities. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information or solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth follow-ups
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer engagement during calls

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in local language and basic English
• Pleasing telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and communicate clearly with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel or CRM preferred)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or customer service experience will be an added advantage

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
• Exposure to healthcare, service-based, or technology-driven industries
