Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing company services to potential clients, and generating leads for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle client conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (cold calling) to potential clients.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily or weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- 6 monts - 1year exprience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, client handleing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both verbal communication)
- Ability to convince and engage clients over the phone
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
- Positive attitude and good listening skills
Eligibility
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
