Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
- Explain various insurance products (Health, Motor, Corporate, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Fix appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Required Skills- Good communication skills (English + Kannada / Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
