Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will handle customer interactions, make outbound sales and support calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate call records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a customer-centric approach, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring all communication aligns with company objectives.
