Telecaller

Description

We are seeking a Telecaller with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers
• Maintain a database of customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products or services
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
