Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Rajkot. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and provide information about the company's products and services. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, resolving inquiries, recording call details, generating leads, and following up with potential clients. The role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer records and databases
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets
• Customer service orientation with a problem-solving approach
• Fluency in local languages and proficiency in English is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in a similar telecalling or customer support role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or related fields are advantageous
