Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Chennai. Responsibilities include handling outbound calls, providing detailed information about the company's services, assisting potential clients with queries, and scheduling appointments. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team with lead generation and nurturing potential leads.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency local languages.
- Customer service and client management skills, including the ability to handle queries and build rapport
- Sales and persuasion skills to generate and nurture leads effectively
- Basic computer and data entry skills for maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred
