Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer responses and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
