Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to understand customer needs, resolve inquiries, and provide information about ULIA's aesthetics and wellness services. The role involves guiding potential clients on treatments, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and offering excellent customer service to clients. Building rapport with clients and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries
• Ability to handle customer relationship management, follow scripts for professional telecommunication, and build rapport
• Knowledge of basic computer operations, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records and updates
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Hindi for seamless communication, knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
• Experience in customer service roles, telecommunication, or the wellness/aesthetics industry is preferred
• Comfortable working in an on-site role based in Gurugram with a dynamic team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
