Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will handle daily tasks such as reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone, explaining the platform's services and benefits, addressing inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. The role also includes collecting feedback, updating databases with customer information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening abilities
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service acumen
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM tools and data entry
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer engagement
  • Previous experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
