Telecaller – Student Counselling & Outreach

The Telecaller – Student Counselling & Outreach role is a contract, hybrid opportunity based in Surat, with flexibility for remote work when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with prospective students, providing guidance on program options, answering queries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves assisting with outreach efforts, communicating program benefits, and supporting students in their decision-making process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and relationship building
• Proven ability in customer outreach, student counselling, and follow-up practices
• Basic understanding of educational programs and the ability to explain them effectively to others
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems or other customer tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or a related field is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
