Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller position based in pune.The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and maintaining customer records. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Patience, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
